It's Winter time in New Zealand and most people tend to take their holiday overseas for a warmer pasture. This could mean a very long trip on a plane with little room to move and hence may be hazardous to ones overall health from blood clotting in the veins of the leg(DVT).
Scholl Flight socks has been design to help reduce such risk.

Benefits
Long periods of inactivity, combined with the cramped conditions and dehydration which can occur on long journeys, can cause a number of circulatory problems including Deep Vein Thrombosis.
Scholl Flight Socks are medically proven to help prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis by helping to improve blood circulation.
They also help to prevent swollen ankles and tired aching legs.
Two colours to choose from, unisex black colour or ladies brown colour. There are 3 sizes to choose from, small Medium, and large, see chart below for further information

RISK FACTORS TO DVT *

Previous history of Venous Thrombosis (Blood Clots) and Pulmonary Embolism.
Age above 40 (risk with age)
Pregnancy
Use of Oral Contraceptives or Hormone Replacement Therapy – HRT
Obesity
Varicose Veins
Recent surgery or injury, especially to lower limbs/abdomen
Cancer
Genetic blood clotting abnormalities (eg. Factor V Leiden)

Directions
Scholl light Socks should be worn in place of normal socks throughout the journey.
Always wear both socks and ensure that they are pulled up to just below the knee.
See enclosed leaflet for correct fitting and care. Please keep packaging and leaflet for further reference. Handwash. Do not iron.
Three Sizes Available
Small: Women 5-8 equivalent to Men 3-6
Medium:Women 8-11 equivalent to Men 6-9
Large: Men 9-12
See chart below for correct fittings. We cannot exchange sizes once purchased so please measure your legs carefully.

Do not use if you have serious circulatory problems such as active arterial or venous disease.
Please consult a Healthcare Professional on the suitability of this product, if you have any of the following:
Previous history of venous thrombosis (blood clots), superficial vein thrombosis, diabetes, severe obesity, reduced mobility including paralysed lower limb, heart disease, severe varicose veins, recent major surgery or injury to lower limbs/abdomen, stroke, cancer, chemotherapy treatment, genetic blood clotting disorder (eg. Factor V Leiden), or if you are pregnant.
