Ingredients
Active ingredient per teaspoon: Rigel Evening primrose oil 213mg equiv. Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 24mg, High DHA Fish oil 640mg, equiv. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 140mg, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 32mg, dl-alpha tocopherol acetate 14.9mg, equiv to 14.9 IU vitamin E, Thyme oil 400mcg. Non-active ingredients: sunflower oil, lemon oil and lime oil. Low allergy formula. Free of salicylates, amines, sugars, yeast, milk derivatives, wheat and corn starch, gluten, preservatives and artificial colours and flavours.

Directions

Adults & children over 5 years. Take 2 medicinal 5ml measuring spoons each morning and evening with meals, or as directed by your health care professional.
Children (3-5 years) Take 1 medicinal 5ml measuring spoons morning and evening with meals, or as directed by your physician. If taking Efalex for the 1st time, start at the about dosage and after 12 weeks reduce the dose by half. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Shake bottle before use. After opening store in refrigerator and use within 3 months. The contents may look slightly cloudy when chilled. This is quite normal for certain oil-based products and at room temperature the contents will become clear.
