Folic Acid is a compound that is essential in development and growth of rapidly growing tissues. Taken once a day before conception and during the first 3 months of pregnancy has been shown to reduce the risk of having a baby with spina bifida and other neural tube defects by 66%.

Active Ingredients:
Each tablet contains Folic Acid 0.8mg
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily from 4 weeks before conception and upto 3 months after conception
Warnings:
Do not take in conjunction with epilepsy medications or antacids. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Store below 30degrees. Protect from heat,light and moisture
