17 March 2009 Konakion 10mg Chewable tablets will be discontinued by the end of September 2009. Konakion is an oral vitamin K, phytomenadione use for coagulation and prevent haemorrhage. It is manufactured by Roche. Roche has stated Konakion 10mg/ml Ampoules is available for oral administration once stock of chewable tablets is exhausted from the NZ market. |
