Independent Tests Confirm that Nutra-Life Products Meet Label Claim

14 October 2008

In April we wrote to you regarding Consumer magazine’s testing of glucosamine products and our concerns as to the accuracy of their testing methods.   Consumer magazine claimed that Nutra-Life High Potency Joint Care with Glucosamine and Chondroitin had less active glucosamine than stated on the label. The magazine’s undisclosed testing methods supposedly found only 90% of active ingredients.   Nutra-Life strongly refuted this and requested an independent laboratory to carry out tests.   Labmark Environmental Laboratories, Australasia’s leading provider of quality laboratory and technical services, tested the same batch of product that Consumer magazine tested and found it to have 100.5% of active ingredients clamed on the label.   We have informed Consumer magazine of the independent test result and continue to challenge their testing methods.   We wanted to share this result with you and assure you that Nutra-life takes quality and compliance with industry regulations extremely seriously.   Nutra-Life tests its ingredients and products using methods recommended by the Therapeutic Goods Administration and we are absolutely confident about the quality of our products.

We would be happy for you to share this information with any of your interested customers.
