Indications And Use: For the relief of nasal congestion by releasing soothing vapour for up to 8 hours to make breathing easier. It also reduces the distress and discomfort associated with colds.

Active Ingredients: Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Menthol, Eucalyptus Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Thymol.

Directions: Rub on method, apply to chest and throat. Gently rub on a thick layer at night and morning. Keep clothing loose allowing vapour to rise to the nose and mouth. The area may be covered with a dry soft cloth if desired. Steam method, half fill a bowl with steaming water (not boiling). Add 2 teaspoons of Chest Rub. Lean over the bowl covering the head and bowl with a towel, and gently inhale the vapours. Repeat up to 4 times daily.

Precautions: Children should be supervised when using the steam method to avoid scalding. Discard the bowl contents after use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. Do not use on broken skin. For external use only.
