One serve of Load Up provides the antioxidant capacity of 5+ servings of vegetables (a minimum of 3000 ORAC units per serve).

A Healthy Balance

Today, perhaps more than ever, maintaining a healthy balanced diet is essential for ongoing health and vitality. To help achieve this balance, food and health authorities now recommend the consumption of at least five portions (1 Portion = 80g) of fruit and vegetables a day as a source of important natural antioxidants.

What ORAC Means to You

Coloured fruits and vegetables are a rich source of antioxidant compounds. As a way of calculating our daily requirement for these special antioxidants, an international standard measure called ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) has been developed which shows the free radical scavenging capacity of the antioxidant substance or food under study.

Currently, many health authorities recommend an intake of 3000 - 5000 ORAC units a day to help provide protection from the harmful effects of free radicals

Directions for Use
