Active Ingredients: Maldison 1% w/w.
Approved Indications: Treatment of head lice and pubic lice.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient.
Precautions: Avoid use in infants under 6 months. Avoid eye contact, wear protective gloves if in prolonged contact with Prioderm. Use in pregnancy and lactation not recommended unless there is an overriding need.
Adverse Effects: Skin irritation.
Directions: For head and pubic lice apply to wet hair, work up rich lather over whole area. Leave on 5 minutes, rinse, then repeat. Comb hair while wet to remove dead lice and eggs. This complete procedure should be carried out a total of 3 times at 3 day intervals, i.e. on day 1, 4 and 7.
