Your co-operation is much appreciated. Active Ingredients: Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10mg, diphenhydramine hydrochloride 12.5mg per 5ml.. Approved Indications: Relieves dry coughs at night time, helping to clear cold symptoms while aiding rest and recovery.. Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Precautions: Closed angle glaucoma, urinary retention, prostatic hypertrophy. Avoid alcohol. Adverse Effects: Drowsiness, headache, paradoxical stimulation, gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea and vomiting. Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery within 8 hours of taking this medicine. Directions: Children 2-6 years: 2.5ml. Children 6-12 years: 5ml. Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml. Subsidy Conditions: Not subsidised. Medicine Classification: Pharmacist Only.
