Active Ingredients: Docusate sodium 50mg, total sennosides(calculated as sennoside B)8mg.
有效成分：50mg多库酯钠，8mg总番泻苷（计算以番泻苷B为准）。

Approved Indications: Prophylactic or short term management of constipation in patients who should not strain during defecation, including the constipation of pregnancy/post-partum or to soften the impacted faeces of severe constipation.
已批准的适应症：预防便秘，短期治疗便秘以缓解病人排便时的紧张感，用于孕妇与产后便秘病人，软化严重便秘病人的粪便。

Contraindications: Abdominal cramps, colic, nausea, vomiting or other symptoms of appendicitis; undiagnosed rectal bleeding; intestinal obstruction; abdominal pain of unknown cause or previous allergy to stool softener laxatives.
禁忌：腹痉孪，绞痛，恶心，呕吐或其他阑尾炎症状；未确诊的直肠出血，肠梗阻，未明原因腹痛，或曾有过对粪便软化剂，轻泻药的过敏史。

Precautions: Due to the sodium content of docusate sodium, caution should be exercised when giving this preparation to patients with congestive heart failure or hypertension. Prolonged use of any laxative may lead to dependence. Patients should be advised to drink plenty of water and increase the fibre in the diet. Care should be taken in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
注意事项：因药物含有钠离子，充血性心衰与高血压患者慎用。长期服用任何轻泻剂可能会导致依赖性的产生。病人应当大量喝水并增加食物中纤维素的含量。肠炎病人慎用。

Adverse Effects: Abdominal discomfort such as colic or cramps. Prolonged use or overdose may lead to diarrhoea and the possibility of developing an atonic, non-functioning colon.
不良反应：腹部痉挛，绞痛。长期或过量使用会导致腹泻及缺乏张力与无功能性结肠。

Directions: Adults: 1 or 2 tablets at night; increase up to 4 tablets if required. The correct dose is that which gives a comfortable motion.
用法用量：成人：晚间1或2片；如果需要可增加至4片。感觉排便舒服的剂量是合适剂量。
