Blis Throat Spray

BLIS Throat Spray contains natural oils specially selected for their individual properties, and which as a combination help soothe and moisten a dry irritated throat.
Targeted: the spray action ensures it goes right to the back of the throat where it is needed.
Long lasting: the viscous nature of the oils help coat the throat, unlike products using a water base.

Special Features
Traditional properties associated with essential oils:

Chamomile oil is known for its gentle calming properties.
Clove oil is often used topically for ailments such as toothache, due to its pain relieving properties.
Wintergreen oil is a natural source of methyl salicylate, used topically as a counter irritant, and with anti-inflammatory properties.
Peppermint oil is known for its cooling effect, helping ease inflamed tissues.
hymol is a well recognised antiseptic ingredient.
Aniseed oil, as well as having general antimicrobial properties, is used for breath freshening.
Pine needle oil, used traditionally to break up phlegm in the throat and airways.
Eucalyptus oil has well recognised decongestant properties.

Blis Throat Spray

Ingredients
chamomile oil, clove oil, wintergreen oil, peppermint oil, thymol, aniseed oil, pine needle oil and eucalyptus oil.

Directions

Adults and children over 5 years:
Apply a maximum of two sprays an hour for adults and a maximum of one spray an hour for children under 12 years.
Please use as directed and do not exceed the recommended usage.
Ensure the spray is directed onto the back of the throat and not the tongue as the oils have a strong taste.
Approximate volume delivered per spray; 0.1 ml
20ml bottle will deliver 200+ ‘sprays’.

Warning and Precautions
If throat discomfort persists see your doctor.
Do not use if you have sensitivity to any of the ingredients present in BLIS Throat Spray.
Wintergreen oil contains methyl salicylate and can be dangerous in doses of 4ml or greater (the contents of 8 full bottles of throat spray). The amount of methyl salicylate per individual spray dose is approximately 0.0025ml and there are no known contraindications at this low dose when applied topically.
