Active Ingredients: Streptococcus salivarius K12
Approved Indications: Helps to maintain throat health. Prevents bad breath.

Precautions: People suffering from immune-compromised conditions should seek the advice of their doctor before taking this product.
Adverse Effects: None known.
Directions: Adults and children over 3 years:
Day 1 - First swirl a chlorhexidine mouthwash in the mouth for 30 seconds and expel. Take 1 BLIS K12 lozenge 2 hours later and suck slowly; a further 3 lozenges at 2-4 hour intervals. Day 2 & 3 - Repeat with 10ml of mouthwash and 4 lozenges every 2-4 hours. Repeat monthly. Chlorhexidine mouthwash is not required within 24 hours of completing a course of antibiotics.
