What is Blackmores Combat Day/Night?

Blackmores Combat Day/Night is a specially formulated combination of herbs including echinacea, holy basil, eucalyptus and willow bark to support the body's natural defences against winter ills and chills. This potent day/night formulatios supports a wide range of the body's immune cells including those responsible for maintaining immune resistance, helping to manage winter ills and chills during the day and assist during sleep disturbances to help promote sleep at night.

How to use:

Adults - Day Dosage: Take 1 day capsule 3 times a day (morning, early afternoon and evening). Night Dosage: Take 1 night capsule before retiring, or as professionally prescribed.
